What’s new? – Lucky Elephant

Lucky Elephant is a mean brand of American popcorn. It is also, strangely, the chosen name of a French folk-rock group who make music infused with a Gallic charm which instantly elevates it above some of the folk-inspired tat that has been shifting units in the UK over the last 18 months. This is their track ‘Edgar’. Enjoy.

  1. “folk-rock” and “charm” are not things that go together in the Whippet household. Desist, hippy.
Shit name for a song, too.

  2. You know me, anything vaguely hippyish brings me out in hives. Folk-rock is punk. And it’s a top title :-)
