Jay-Z At Glastonbury

After all the hype, after all the fuss – he was fucking brilliant. No offence to Noel Gallagher, but if anyone would genuinely prefer to listen to The Wombats, they have a problem.

  1. I watched a some of Glasto on tv. What a lot of shite. I wont elaborate, cos I’m sure you all know what I mean. I’ve got the cold and I’m in a bad mood.

  2. I’ve written about the Glastonbury thing here:

Needless to say, the TV coverage was shite.

  3. The only good thing about the coverage was Mark Radcliffe. The rest? Bloody hell. Rufus Hound. What the fuck does he actually do? And the ‘short features’? They must have desired them to be boring, no way could they have achieved that level of dullness without trying.

  4. Ah, HW, isn’t this glorious Scottish summer making you feel better?!

As usual, all the good stuff at Glasto is on the outskirts, so gets passed over by the Beeb so that they can play Neil Diamond (so ironic!) and James Blunt.
